A VERY high end AU with beautiful, lustrous gold toning and hardly a trace of wear. Beautiful eye appeal and has the look of an MS63!

"VF Details - Scratch" Has VF detail overall with some weakness around the peripheries. The obverse has medium grey color while the reverse has deeper grey color. There are two separate series of thin diagonal scratches on the obverse that are fairly minor yet still noticeable. A scarce, early date with a big price discount! Greysheet is $1,300 in VF

"F Detail - Scratched" Light silver color on both sides with some attractive gold toning around the rims. A couple of light scratches can be found in the right obverse field, and a very short scratch at the bottom of the reverse. Coin was probably cleaned in the past, though this is not noted on the holder. This scarce early date has lovely eye appeal and bears the popular small eagle reverse. Priced way below the $3,000 Greysheet price of a F-12!

Gorgeous golden red luster on both sides with hints of mellowing on the high points. The luster is vibrant and the strike is bold including sharp feather tips and full diamonds. There are three varieties of the 1864 Indian Cent: The copper nickel version, the standard bronze version, and the scarce bronze 1864-L. The L is the designer's initials (James Longacre). The 1859 to 1864 copper-nickel Indian cents did not have these initials, and most of the nearly 40 million 1864 bronze Indian cents also lack the initials. Towards the end of the year, the designer's initials were added to the ribbon on the obverse, creating a variety that has been very popular with collectors ever since. While available in lower grades, the 1864-L gets scarce is tougher to get in upper circulated grades and is quite scarce in this gem grade, particularly with full red! Greysheet is $5,000!

An absolute stunner with superb silver luster in the centers and vibrant gold toning around the peripheries. The strike is razor sharp and the eye appeal is outstanding! A very scarce overdate in a high grade and complete with CAC approval!

"EF40 Details - Mount Removed/Altered Surfaces LM-10" Pleasing lighter silver color with VF-XF detail in our opinion. The surfaces are porous, though the detail is all clear. There is a larger chunk of solder visible at 12:00 on the obverse, and 6:00 on the reverse where a mount was removed, as this was most likely attached to a necklace decades ago. There is also a scrape at the top of Miss Liberty's head. A very rare, low mintage early Half Dime that, despite the problems, has nice detail and priced at a huge discount off the $4,250 Greysheet price for an XF40! Greysheet is $2,300 in VF20 and even $1,750 in F12!

Both sides have attractive gold toning with lustrous surfaces. Coin is well struck and has nice eye appeal. There are a few pinpoint nicks on the upper cheek that keep it from a higher grade, though the rest of the coin is very clean for the grade! We don't often see this rare date in this uncirculated condition!

The 1823 large cent is elusive in all grades, and is rarely encountered in XF or higher grades. This pleasing example has lovely medium to slightly deeper brown color evenly distributed across the surfaces. Coin is well struck and has nice surfaces void of porosity or corrosion. A tougher coin to acquire in any grade, though gets very difficult to find a problem free example in this upper collector grade!

This large 2X magnifier has a lens that measures 5" in diameter and a small 6X power lens built into the larger lens. The large size and handle makes it perfect for enlarging coins for casual viewing. The built in 6x lens helps zoom in on the detail for a closer look. It is mounted in a durable plastic frame with a comfortable ergonomic handle attached!

Lovely medium to slightly deeper brown color on both sides with hints of tan in the fields. A well struck example with very nice surfaces and no major marks. The 1794 Franklin Press Token belongs to a series of British-made pieces known as "Conder" Tokens (Halfpenny- and Penny-sized tokens made for sale to collectors and sometimes used as advertising tokens by certain merchants). Although the Franklin Press Tokens probably never circulated in America, collectors have included them as a U.S. "Colonial" coin because of the reference to the American patriot and statesman, Benjamin Franklin. The printing press illustrated on the front of this token is believed to be the same press used by Franklin while he worked in London, England as a journeyman printer! Priced well below the $2,000 Greysheet price!

"AU Detail - Environmental Damage" This scarce issue has old cleaning giving it a lustrous look. There are some darker areas on both sides with a small maroon corrosion patch on the reverse rim from 3:00 to 4:00. Lots of detail for the price and still has a nice look and priced at a VF level!
