1797 Large Cent VF Detail PCGS Gold Shield
Item #109781

1797 Large Cent VF Detail PCGS Gold Shield
"VF Detail - Altered Surf. Rev of 1797, Stems" A sharp VF with glossy medium brown surfaces. There are two corrosion pits in the hair, and a couple of small pits on the upper obverse. With magnification, the surfaces exhibit some very light porosity. The fields were probably smoothed out in attempts to minimize the look of the porosity. Overall this early Large Cent exhibits bold detail with nice eye appeal, and a big discount! Greysheet is $1,200 in VF20, and $550 in F12

Greysheet is $1,100 in VF20!
$425.00

1803 Bust Half Dime VG Detail PCGS Gold Shield
Item #110685

1803 Bust Half Dime VG Detail PCGS Gold Shield
Obverse is sharp for the grade with light to medium grey color and ample hair detail visible. That date is bold and all stars are clear on the right side, but the left side is weakly struck and the stars are not visible. Reverse is weaker, with most of the eagle detail visible and parts of the mottos. The obverse has a couple rim nicks and two very minor scratches. The reverse has some darker stains and spots in the center, along with a couple of scratches. A very scarce early Bust Half Dime with just 37,850 minted. Greysheet is $1,200 in VG8, and $1,100 in G4! Large 8 variety

1805 Draped Bust Large Cent XF Details PCGS
'XF Details Damage PCGS' A superb coin with glossy medium brown surfaces and sharp XF40 detail. Excellent eye appeal, and a Draped Bust cent is rare this nice. The 'damage' consists of a series of old (toned over) hairline scratches across the face that are tough to see without magnification. The Greysheet bid is $975, and would list for $1050. However, with the hairlines, we have cut the prices nearly in half!

Item #103716

1800 Draped Bust Dollar VF Details PCGS (Dotted Date Variety)
'VF Details Damage PCGS Dotted Date' Lovely original gray color and nicely struck. The damage consists of a small nick behind Miss Liberty's head. This is about the least severe 'Damage' that can be on a coin and still get the notation on the holder. This is the rare 'Dotted Date' variety that shows a larger dot below the first '0' in the date as well as two smaller dots above the date, and two inside of the loop. These dots are from die rust, and do not show on early die states. This variety is very scarce with only an estimate of 700 specimens exist in all grades!! This would normally sell for about $2,800. An opportunity to get a big discount on this one for one small nick!
