1800 Draped Bust Dollar VF Details PCGS (Dotted Date Variety)
Item #94125

1800 Draped Bust Dollar VF Details PCGS (Dotted Date Variety)
'VF Details Damage PCGS Dotted Date' Lovely original gray color and nicely struck. The damage consists of a small nick behind Miss Liberty's head. This is about the least severe 'Damage' that can be on a coin and still get the notation on the holder. This is the rare 'Dotted Date' variety that shows a larger dot below the first '0' in the date as well as two smaller dots above the date, and two inside of the loop. These dots are from die rust, and do not show on early die states. This variety is very scarce with only an estimate of 700 specimens exist in all grades!! This would normally sell for about $2,800. An opportunity to get a big discount on this one for one small nick!
$1995.00
