This classic rarity saw an original scant mintage of only 6738! It's amazing that there are no rim nicks or marks on this 200+ year old key date. The color is an attractive gray, although with magnified inspection, it appears to have been cleaned at some point in the distant past. The reverse is a perfect F12, the Obv. is slightly soft in the center, giving it a VG-F look. A rarity of this magnitude, in this grade, and at this price, may never be available again.
